December 8, 2003

Chairman Mann called the meeting to order at 4:05 p.m.

IV. Minutes of the November 10, 2003 meeting.

Moved by Mr. Cook, supported by Mr. Grutza, to approve the minutes of the meeting of November 10, 2003, as presented.

Ayes all.
 

V. Old Business. – There was none.

VI. New Business.

     A. Update on Status of Ann Arbor Road Streetscape Project

Terry Croad of McKenna Associates indicated they’re working with MDOT. He noted the deadline has been rescheduled, pushed back 30 days. The easements need to be procured 95 days prior to June 4, thus the easement procurement deadline is now March 2.


     B. Update on the Delivery of Easement Documents to Participants in
          the Ann Arbor Road Streetscape (Haggerty to Eckles) Project Area

Mr. Anulewicz updated members on the delivery of the easement documents. He indicated they would still be shooting for the February date for procurement.
