January 13, 2003

Chairman Mann called the meeting to order at 4:00 p.m.

MEMBERS PRESENT:

Mike Kolb arrived at 4:15 p.m.

MEMBERS EXCUSED: Jim Grutza

James Anulewicz, Director of Public Services

Alice Geletzke, Recording Secretary

IV. Minutes of December 9, 2002, meeting.

Moved by Ms. Hovey, supported by Mrs. Karell, to accept the minutes of December 9, 2002, as presented. Ayes: Hovey, Karell, Ludtke, Mann. Abstaining: Bohlander, Cook. Excused: Grutza. Absent: Kolb. Motion carried.

V. Old Business

Quizno’s Site Plan

After review, Authority members approved the site plan for Quizno’s with the following conditions:

1. That the enclosure of the dumpster and the removal of the light be part
    of Phase I.
2. Phase II—That the rear of the property be landscaped within one year
    after opening for business.
3. Phase III—That the side landscaping be done no later than one year
    after the street closing.

Mr. Anulewicz agreed to relay this information to the Planning Commission at their meeting of Wednesday, January 15.

VIII. Adjournment

Moved by Mr. Bohlander, seconded by Mr. Cook, to adjourn. Ayes all.

Mr. Mann adjourned the meeting at 5:02 p.m.
